This place was marginal at best when I lived there. I moved out two months ago, and I got this statement that I owed over $2K in fees. They stated I never gave notice. I have a signed copy from one of their so called rental experts that she received it. She lost it and they say that I have to pay or they will report me to the credit bureaus.
Services are terrible. I like getting charged $10/month for me to take my trash out. You are much better off going somewhere else.
Just a note, they charge you to paint your apartment and clean and dye your carpet no matter what. I travelled nine months out of the twelve I lived there, put no holes in the walls, no stains on the carpet and I still got charged over $400 for this.
