Honestly, I wouldn't say this complex has been as horrible as some of these people are making it sound. I will be honest, the paper-thin walls are an issue as are some of the other tenants (my bed backs up to the hallway between the apartments and I've definitely had issues hearing people shout or even punch the wall my bed is against!). Parking I haven't had problems with but only because I cough up the $20/mo for a space. Getting out onto 1488 is a horrible issue and unless you have a new car that has a good pick-up to literally shoot out onto the road, you're screwed. I can't tell you how many times I've waited for up to 5 mins just to pull out. Lastly, if you're afraid of spiders... please do yourself a favor and don't move here. I honestly am terrified of them and everyday they're around the hallway... I've even had to kill a black widow outside my door, and have seen a couple brown recluse spiders hiding under the siding or under the fire extingusher.

I haven't had any problems with maintenance, however my roommate has been home before in the shower and when she got out the maintenance guy was right there working on the a/c... didn't really give a heads up, just kind of walked in.


Anyway, I will be honest... I am moving out soon and I'm afraid after hearing about these other guys and their massive bills...
