When my then fiancee and now wife first moved to the Estates we thought it was just gonna be the greatest place to live for miles... but after not much time we woke up. The management at the time (consisting of one ------- -----) could have cared less about "customer service" and did nothing but defend themselves and make me put up with all of the bs myself.
I highly praise ---- -----------, ------, and ---- ---- (the new face of the Estates).. they're awesome and very nice!
I had an incident where a vehicle parked in my reserved spot.. I was told *I* had to call the towing company and that *I* had to stand in the cold until they finished towing the vehicle... oh and less than 7 hours later my lovely car was keyed. Gotta love that. The management gave me some half-hearted condolences at best and that was about it... and I was left in the aftermath of that nasty little ordeal wondering WTF.
We then had an issue where our toilet was cracked... we couldn't get maintenance after hours and the management.. being the joke they were.. said they'd get someone out here... 4 days later I might add.
There are more juicy stories, but that's all in the past now.. as I mentioned before.. new peeps.. new management... and things are great now. ---- cracks down on the bad stuff that shouldn't be here.. ---- is always awesome and helpful.. and ------ is great too.
So I went from seriously considering moving out early and breaking my lease... to now maybe extending our stay here. Good job! :)

I'm glad they keyed your car! It's like $300 to pick up your car from the tow company. That's really shallow to tow someones car just because they parked in your space. Lets look at the logic of this. You bought a parking space so you can park close to your apartment and not have to brave the elements. then when you find someone in your space instead of just leaving them a note to tell them not to park there again you act like a D*&^ and tow them and brave the elements waiting for the car to be towed. OBVIOUSLY you're not the brightest apple on the tree.
