I was really looking for the most affordable apartment in the area being that I am a single mother of two. I have lived here for 6 months and really enjoy it. I have read some of the other comments and don't understand where their hostility comes from... These are great apartments and if your smart you won't base your decision off of rude people and there oppinions. Everyone is entitled to their own oppinion but to say mean things like that is just crazy! The girls in the office are wonderful and always very helpful. You get a lot more when your nice to people, just remeber that...

I have been more than nice and very patient with these people and they still screw you. Just wait until you go to move out and they will not be so friendly to you.

YOU MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE. This place is not a good place for kids. This place is a total rip off for what you get. I left there and moved to a brand new apt REAL LUXARY and its 75 dollars cheaper in rent. The girls in the office care only about them and hate people who complain. Its not worth it.

Anonymous u are right...she has to work in the office...this complex is horrible. THEY ABSOLETLY HATE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING WHATSOEVER AND TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE GARBAGE.

I believe that the only people that like this complex is the "teenagers" that party all night long slamming their doors, leaving trash outside their doors or dragging it downstairs with food leaking out. Lana and Tressa are idiots, I have written several complaints to her, she sends out a letter to all the residents in my building that they need to behave.... really?.... they all are kids that are living in my building I think I am the only one who works at a normal job and sleeps normal hours. This is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. I have already sent in a complaint to TAA. I have only lived here since August!! So if I were you RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE.
