I would recommend that you go elsewhere if you are thinking of renting here. It looks good but come by at night because the gate will be broken anyway and see how bad the parking is and all the noise and craziness that happens when it gets dark. If you never want to get any part of your deposit back that you are owed and get charged even more over that for a perfectly cleaned apartment then you won't be disappointed with this place. I would be better off in a Houston apartment. This place is cheaply made and is not a reflection of The Woodlands. :(
