When I moved in at the beginning of 2008, I was promised a safe, "gated community". The gates NEVER work and haven't in the 7 months I have been here. Do to the gates never working, my boyfriends truck was broken into, and when the cops came to write the report, they said they are at this complex AT LEAST ONCE A DAY with reports of vandalism and broken in cars. My car was also hit by a drunk driver in the parking lot of the complex, by someone that does not live here, and a strange woman walked into my apartment at night (obviously drunk or on drugs) and only after an altercation, she finally left. I am a single girl and do not feel safe here. After signing a release of entry for a delivery at my apartments, I was told by the office staff that their copy of my apartment key was "missing" and they could not locate it. When I expressed my concern for a copy of my apartment key being in the wrong person's hands, since they have lost it, they seemed annoyed with my concern and just replied that they would make another key. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THESE PROBLEMS TOO!!!

You should absolutely take this situation to the property management company in charge of this community. I've lived here since 2006 and have watched this place go completely downhill. Cloud_Fuel@hotmail.com
