We moved from another apartment in Conroe that is considered a high end apartment. We got tired of paying toooo much for terrible service and non-existent maintenance. We've had a good experience so far. The property is older, but it's a better price for the sq footage and the grounds are kept up. Every morning when I leave for work there are at least 3 men working on the lawn areas and pool.
So far, the office staff have been nice.
