This place is so quiet I have a hard time not sleeping in. The office staff is great. My apartment had refinished counter tops and brand new carpet and tile. It is very well maintained. I haven't had a single issue. I would like screens on the patio doors and a new dishwasher, but overall the place is great. It's an older complex that is very well kept. There are a lot of children around on the weekends, but that's an amenity of living in Conroe. Plenty of parking too.
