Managment will not do anything about problems you may have. A water leak that entered my closet and damaged some of my clothes took 3 days to fix, longer to get the carpet cleaned. A neighbor parked a motorcycle outside my door and they took 4 days to put a notice on his door about it, but they did not realize the notice they put on the door was MY door. As I was moving out he parked and chained his 4-wheeler on the walkway and it must have taken another 2-3 days. They are reluctant to return calls and repairs took a while. They are NEVER in the office. Good luck.
