I have been here for almost a year, and cannot wait to leave when my lease is up. For the fist two months this place was great. The maintance guys were awesome and so was the management. Then the place did a complete 180 turn. The plumbing has gone to hell and they just fix it well enough to last for a few weeks if we are lucky. They are awful on responding to problems and most of the time the office is closed for most of the day. Also, the people in the office are so rude!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I have seen so many moving vans loaded up leaving the apartments. The walls are super thin and you can hear when anyone runs water, and even when people have sex!! And I can't forget to talk about the stabbings and shootings that go on here. Some of the people who have shot and killed others are still living here!!! Everywhere you look the wood is rotting. I truly cannot wait to leave this place.

In defense of the fact that a tenant has shot and killed a person, and still lives in the apartments, he did that in self defense. The person killed had threatened the tenants life, then bombarded his door, forcing himself inside the tenants apartment. If you are going to make a statement like that, make sure you have ALL the facts first. It's clear you don't.

Really?! That is kind of scary. I guess I'm still in the 'honeymoon' stage. We moved in this June. I had NO idea about stabbings/shootings. It seems quiet, to me. The assistant manager, I can't stand but the main manager seems really nice. We have had issues with the water, now that you mention it. I can't boil pasta with that water or it tastes horrible. I have started cooking with bottled water. And about hearing your neighbors having sex, that is TRUE. I thought it was just our noisy neighbors. They have a Christmas party for the tenants this Friday and I wish I could go, but I have to work. It would be nice to meet some people and hear more stories, HAHA! It sounds to me like no one will be going since they all hate where they live. I'm sad now. :(
