Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Wish I would have known about this site before I moved in. Management runs hot and cold--sometimes extremely nice and helpful; othertimes, very rude. There were times that I would call the office with a problem and the phone would just ring and ring--no answering service. Maintenance took 3.5 months to fix something I reported on my move-in report--yep, problems even when I moved in. There were some noise problems, but management actually was helpful in resolving those, thank goodness. You get what you pay for, and not much else...
