Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
We moved in at FCA in June 08, so we've been there about 6 months. The only issues we've had is noise from the neighbors above us. But I guess when you live in an apartment, that is pretty much expected. It is a quiet complex, mostly older people. Not any issues with gangs, drugs, etc that I know of. I do agree mgmt can be wishy washy. Some days fantastic, others, so-so. But over all, we really like where we live and plan to extend our contract next year.

Just an update - We are LEGALLY breaking our lease due to issues with our neighbors that the managment has not even attempted to resolve. We have had to call the police 4 times since August. If you are looking at moving to the Conroe area... KEEP LOOKING! Also... before you settle on an apartment, call Conroe Police Department... you can pull all calls for service made to the address within a certain time period. I did that and I am VERY glad I did. We are moving THIS weekend!!
