This apartment complex is the worst place you could ever think about living. The Parking lot has huge holes in it so when you drive on it you have to swerve all over the place to keep your vehicle running properly. The Management is NEVER there. They put signs in the office window that they will be back at a certain time and never return. The hot tub has not been working for the whole time I have lived here. The Apartments are in the worst shape you can possibly find. There are leaks in the roof and mold in the airducts that cause respitory difficulties. The apartment complex thinks that if you cover up the problems with paint it will all go away but instead it causes more problems. The landscapers have been known to steal things off the tenants porchs and break car windows. There is always noise no matter if it is 3 am on a week day or a week night. The windows and doors leak air constantly so your electric bill is very high. The sliding glass door and the windows are paper thin so everything that goes on out side is heard inside the apartment. If any of your neighbors have guests over you will be unable to find any place to park when you come home. The apartment complex management tends to change the lease agreement freqently without you being able to object to any changes. I would never reccommend these apartments to anyone ever!
