The apartment complex has its ups and downs. It does have a few trashy people living there, but the living conditions aren't too bad. Now the maintenence needs help. they have one guy who speaks no english at all. And when you report a problem he visits your apt and doesn't do anything, and writes a note on his checklist that makes you sound like a stupid nitwit. Plus, when I moved in, I mentioned to them and made note in my file about my windows missing their screens and the windows with screens has a large hole in them. I've been asking for replacement screens for over 9 months, and all management tells me "they are on order". Plus when I moved in, they wouldn't allow me my walkthrough until the day of moving in, the day the uhaul truck arrived. Oh and the pool, the pool has a rough bottom to it. I was swimming for not even an hour and it rubbed my foot raw. All the lights are burned out or not working at all that are around the pool. and only one spot light on the sidewalk lights up hte pool area. I've seen people having sex in the pool, having beer parties in the pool, and even people bringing buubles and using them in the spa, and messing up the spa. But when management is asked about it, they don't know what your talking about, because management doesn't care. Plus they are supposed to notify you if the enter your residence, but they either give you a days notice if a notice at all. the only way to know they were there is by finding a work order that was left behind... Oh and by hte way - My apartment has what looks like Black Mold. I also told them about this and made a note of it in my file, they told me someone would be out to inspect, No sign of anyone yet in the past 9 months.
