I would not reccomend living in this apartment complex due to a number of reasons. I do not feel safe(the lightning is awful), and there has been some more issues. The management has been nothing but rude, and not helpful. The parking is also a major problem here. When you pay for covered parking, you expect that when you come home you will have a parking spot. That is not the case. You will come home to someone in your spot that has not even paid for parking. You will also come home to finding numerous notes on your door. Some of the notes will include that you have not paid your water bill(when the bill isn't due for another 2 weeks),you have trash left on your door step(when there is no trash), or notes saying your rent is due (which is not the case, because you have another 3 more days to pay it with out it being considered late. You might even come home to finding confidential notes on you door that are your next door neighbor's. Moving into a brand new apartment you might think would be nice. It's not too nice when you can see missed paint places all over the walls. And, it is gated, but anyone can walk into the complex, becuase the gates don't go all around. The list goes on and on. You would think that as much rent as I pay, it would be decent. The ghetto has now moved in, and it definetly has turned into the ghetto. Do not move in here.

From the office: In order of the complaints we will respond; 1. Never received complaints regarding lighting. Our courtesy officer walks the property nightly and 3 staff members live on property as well. A lighting report is done weekly and any problems are addressed immediately! 2. Management tries it's best to make each individual resident feel at home, however when residents are angry they sometimes don't feel the compassion the office shows. On-site staff is very apologetic when problems arise and assure each resident they will be addressed. 3. If a non-authorized person is in a covered parking space management ALWAYS offers to tow the vehicle. However, some residents refuse this because they know the person is their neighbor or acquaintance. Management can not be at fault if a person refused the remedy to the problem. 4. Any notes regarding the non-payment of a utility are based on information given to us from the utility company. If that information is incorrect we assure the resident it will be taken care of and apologize profusly. 5. Any subsequent letters are sent as a courtesy to help residents keep their community neat and tidy, or to help avoid late payments. (i.e. "friendly reminder") 5. Any maintenance complaint given is handled within the same day. We have never received a complaint regarding maintenance issues. 6. Limited access gates are never marketed as "security". 7. Referring to the "ghetto", all of our residents qualify by the same criteria. I understand any frustration that is experienced, and not above open communication to solve any conflict. I simply have to be given the chance. |
