we have been here for a while and the parking is terible. The staff is friendly until you sign your lease. Don't get me wrong the size is great. The carpet looked clean when we moved in but in a short time spots started popping up everywhere. We moved into this complex and were told that the fencing would be finished and that it would be a true gated community....it's not. There are gates to enter, they are open most of the time and the codes never change, but there is no gate surrounding the community, you can walk in from any direction. If you choose a down stairs apartment be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors. If they are heavy walkers your walls will shake. The pool and exercise room are great,a definite bonus. I have lived at worse complexes but the staff made up for the lack of amenities, not here. No community activities and they do not participate in any type of resident retension program.

I am the Manager and I am sorry to hear that some one at my property is upset. I invite anyone to speak to me about any concerns or complaints they might have. I also have a open door policy to contact me about any one of my staff. I'm always at the property from 9am to 5 (no lunch) Mon - Fri and hope that some one with a complaint would try to come to the office and speak with me about it. I truly do not want any of my residents to be treated with disrespect so please come and speak to me so I can resolve this issue. Thank you Erica Windham I am sorry that you have an issues with me, I have not had anyone person here have a propblem with me. I truly am sorry that you have an issue. Again I urge you to come in and speak with me or email . I am open to suggustions on what you feel to correct the issue. |
