I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout college and this is by far the worst experience. The current staff at the Landmark is horrible. They do NOTHING to enforce the rules of the complex that made living there so appealing. Residents leave trash outside their door for days and nothing is done. I have seen recliners and couches out on people's patios. Residents are able to let their dogs run loose and poop all over the place. The parking situation is a mess. There are no stickers for resident parking, so all of the parking places are taken up by residents guests. Further, the gate at the complex is ALWAYS open and the code has never changed since I have lived there. What is the point in paying money to live in a gated community' There are several luxury apartment complexes in Conroe, but Landmark does nothing to deserve the title of luxury.

Wow you must live at the same property as that other person... cause you sure don't live at Landmark of Conroe. I have seen none of what you complain about.

No I work in the office. If some does have a problem with bugs I will be happy to send over Pest control. They are here every Friday.
