We moved into Landmark soon after it opened. If we weren't moving out of state, would would renew our lease here again! The apartments are huge and the layouts are well-designed. I really can't say much about the staff, because I have not interacted with them much because there have not been many problems with the apartment. The one time we used maintenence, they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. There are no parking problems - you may not be able to park right next to your door, but the parking lots are well-lit and I feel safe walking the 100 feet to my apartment at night. The fitness room is great, and usually empty (at least when I go).

The only problems we've had relate to other residents. Some parents in the complex don't seem to understand that they are living in an apartment and not in a house. Some parents allow their children run around unsupervised, or at least I assume they are unsupervised because the kids run into the parking lots without looking. At least 5 times my car has almost been hit by a kid on a bike who rides into the parking lot without looking. Sometimes, in the morning while the kids are waiting for the school bus, I have seen kids try to run through the gates while they are opening/closing. I've also seen kids hanging on the gate while they are opening and closing.

This is a great place to live. Just remember, it's an apartment, so you will hear your neighbors sometimes (not a lot), and you do share amenities with other people.

lanmark has very poor costomer service. they are all about money allthough i do feel safe here.

They need more dumpsters. The dumpsters they do have are overflowing and people are just dumping the trash on the side or wherever. It does not look very attractive.
