When i was looking for a place in conroe these apartments were the best looking ones and when i went to look at them they were really nice inside but just a month after signing the lease is when problems started to happen. My apartment has tons of spiders and roaches outside when you call the front it takes them about 3-4 days to come do something about it. my dishwasher always breaks they have come fix it many times and it still has a problem. kids are running around all hours of the night and when you call the apartments to get a officer out there they do nothing, and when you go to manangement to discuss the problems she says there is nothing she can do about it. (but they sure know how to put a memo for being at the pool late in the hours) but cant when it comes to kids running around the apartment and hitting your cars with their bikes and skateboards. The management sucks she takes no responsiblity for anything that goes on. The gate is always broken we have a card to get in but now you have to enter a code to get in (When the gates work) because maybe our apartment manager hasnt thought it was necessary to enter our card numbers. the dumpsters are always full the one in the front is always full by the time i get home around 5 because due to our gates being open people just come dump their trash from other places. the light outside never works you have to call the office 2 or 3 times to get someone out there. (If they even pick up the phone) Now they are down one maintance guy due to the one that was there before quitting due to the management. The grass is dry all around our office they never come water it plus all the people with dogs that dont pick up after their dogs. The AC leaks all the time, and my walls were still till this day needing touch up. i get along with my neighbors great but its sad when i'm not the only person with the same issues. All im saying is if you are thinking about moving here dont because they make it sound great when it really isnt. they come into your apartment without telling you. do all kinds of things they shouldnt but i wouldnt ever live in these apartments if i knew what i know now. its sad as much as we pay around there the apartments down the street that look worst off then yours get better service then us.

They really need to do something about the trash. It is gross.
