The staff at LandMark was extremely helpful. I was looking for a place in Conroe because My company was reloacting me back to Houston. I searched several APTs in the conroe/spring/woodlands area. Once I entered the area, I knew this was going to be my new home. The Floor plans were very open, the grounds were very clean, and they were only about 4 years old. They were extremely flexible with me and I was very grateful.
