I?ve been living here for a little over a year with my wife and daughter and I would recommend these apartments to just about anyone. The buildings are?nt the newest in town, but they are kept in pretty good condition. We had a small problem with ants a while back but it was taken care of the day after I mentioned it. All maintainence problems have been delt with in a reasonable amount of time also.



There are 4 different floor plans and all of them are more than affordable, I live in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 story townhome with about 1200-1300 sq feet to roam around (and only $585/mo).



We do live right next to a low income apartment complex that is plagued with minorities (stay away from Bellshire Apts.)but other than a small amount of bass booming cars rolling by and a neighbor?s kid?s bike being stolen, we havent heard a thing from there.



Each unit includes a carport that has room to stack an extra car behind it that leads up to a BACK door to your townhome (except the 2 bedroom flat).



Plenty of space in the rooms and living room, but it?s definately lacking in closet space (really, really, really lacking) as well as counter space in the kitchen (ditto).



management is one person, everyone says she?s a biotch, but she?s always been nice to me, I like her :-P



Well, I guess thats it, if your looking for an inexpensive, yet home-like place to rent, give this place a try!
