I was there in 2003-2004 and I was friends with the manager. She was very nice and always tried to be helpful. The owner would not always want to fix a problem if she called in a problem and was always willing to let anyone that was cute and anerorexic live there. Maintenance came at their convenience and the manager and her husband would often have to come out and fix things them selves. There is mold in some of the apartments. There is always something being stolen and they tell you they have security when you move in but there is no security. You are right next door to Bellshire. So if your looking for something cheap and not worried about safety or cleanliness this is your place.
