I was not impressed with Redford Park. Our apartment was tiny, badly lit, and falling apart. We shared pipes with the downstairs people who smoked, so our apartment constantly smelled like ciggarettes. My husband and I felt sick most of the time! The grounds were not well kept, and there was a bush that kept growing up and blocking our stairs! The neighbors were nice and courtious though, which was one of the only good things!
OUR WATER was a NIGHTMARE! We constantly had problems with sewage, and they turned off the water almost WEEKLY to do repairs! We got really tired of paying too much, and living without water most of the time.
Parking was a whole other story! We had to park miles away from our front door, and carry our groceries all the way. It took us an hour to do one load of groceries!
It was not a good experience for us.
