We lived there for 3 yrs. When we first moved in our apartment was not even clean, paint, mildew on the tile in bathroom, kitchen cabinets chipped up and one door hanging by one hinge. The apartment even flooded one time in a hard rain. They had very large dogs in there and seemed to be quite messy with all the dog poop laying around. They didn't always inforce the leash law. The maintenace was pretty good and the parking was okay, but a lot of speeders. Driving tooo fast..my girlfriend's car got hit by a drunk driver. No security.

dear anonymous: i have lived there for a very long time and I have never had any problems with anyone or their animals. Redford Park is a very nice place to live. The office personal our very nice and helpful. I don't know what happen to you our your experince while you lived there. BUT as far as I am consern it is one of the best apartments in the Conroe area. They do not allow Pit Bulls into their community and An American Bull Dog is NOT a Pit Bull.

For your information an American Bull Dog, also used in dog fighting,is the same thing as a Pit Bull dog, just a different name. And Redford Park is not the best Community in Conroe, it is way down on the list, and so is Billie Piper, who obviously has a problem with spelling. It really needs to be updated to keep up with all the other new and better properties now! in Conroe, which gives tenants much more of a choice.
