I lived there for 6 yrs. When I moved in the paint was chipped on the kitchen cabinets and paint and mold on tile in bathrm. The last year, I had a neighbor who was on drugs and made a lot of noise. When I complained, they told me it was acceptable behavior! Management told me they would let me out of my lease if I was unhappy. They were trying to sell the complex. But why keep drug users and pushers and let people ride motorcycles on the sidewalks! Dogs poop anywhere. Would not recommend this place. ------, ofc. mgr., is so two faced I would not turn my back on her. Just don't ever take her word for anything. Well, I moved and went to White Oak and could not be happier. Yeah!! They even have a doggie park here for your dogs and can let them off the lease and they can play. What a get place.

A dog park? At White Oak? I've lived here nearly a year and I've never seen a dog park anywhere. Do you mean the grassy corner? lol. I'm not trying to bad-mouth White Oak, I like it here. But I'm just curious about this dog park...

white oak was awesome if we could afford to live there still we would. It was great, the people in the office were great the neighbors were great. And I loved my apartment so much I had the 3/2 and it was the biggest apartment we have ever lived in so worth the 1000 dollars a month

Well, I called it a doggy park because it was the closest thing you can get to one in an apt. setting. It was a great corner, no trees and dogs could play frisbee. They loved it. Was just a little concerned about the safe house they had there. That was scary.
