Great Value

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
After looking at Apartments, I decided to move in Redford Park. My main criteria was pricepoint (I was saving for a house). (One piece of advice I'd have for apartment searchers in Conroe is: Stay on the westside of 45).
I lived here for 2.5 years (2007-2009) and found the price to be a great deal (avg. about $525). I loved the location (especially with the construction done). The management is very responsive and mostly friendly. The apartments are fine, nothing fancy, but that's to be expected. It's more than adequate. It's also gated, so that's a plus.
The biggest negative is parking. The spaces are fairly small and they get filled quickly (you may have to park a distance from your apartments).
Go take a look at the floorplans and see what you think. It's an average apartment experience, but the price is low. It's a good deal.
