alot of maintance problems, not enough parking

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
apartments are ok, the staff is very nice but we had alot of problems. these are the first time we ever lived in an apartment but had alot of problems. things broke alot and the repairs seemed to be half way fixed. the eletric bill is higher in our 1180 sq ft house than in our 2100 sp ft house down the road.
