Riverwalk TRIES to seem like more of a luxury type complex, but the fountain that the complex is named for hasn't worked since we've lived there, and the access gates are ALWAYS broken. Service is average, and the large two bedroom we have is farily nice and roomy, but the appliances need replacing, especially the refrigerator (rusty and freezes items towards the back). They are very poorly insulated and constructed; smoke seeps through the walls from next door, and there is always very loud squeaking coming from the upstairs tennants.
