DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

Do not move here.

It is the place from hell.

The gates never work. The office staff is friendly to your face but doesn't take care of anything. The neighbors are horrible. If they aren't up all hours of the night with their bass playing, then they are partying at the pool...very loud. Don't even think about telling the office staff about this problem as they will only tell you to follow the people the next time it happens and try to find out where they live. WOW, THAT'S SAFE. And sure, call the courtesy officer over to help you. In an hour or two after he stumbles out of bed he might or might not make it to the problem.

There are an adequate amount of parking spaces, but expect cat calls while walking through the parking lot from dirty men either working construction for the apartments or heck, even the maintenance men employed by the apartments.

Moving on to maintenance. Would you like to walk into your apartment one day and wonder what the rank smell coming out of your bedroom is' No need to wonder anymore as it is just what the maintenance man left you to let you know he was working in your apartment (even though nothing was done)...a letter or business card would have been a nicer approach. Especially since he didn't flush and I was on vacation for over a week and walked in to find this. Also, when the hot water in my bathroom sink wouldn't stop running, instead of fixing the problem they just completely turned off the hot water in my bathroom sink. That was nice.

Next. Tornado damage. Yes, they fixed it. Yes, they also left a huge dumpster in all of the parking spots near the apartments. Also, while fixing it they woke everyone up around 7 am instead of the scheduled 9 am. And it didn't stop until late in the evening instead of the scheduled 5 pm stopping time. While fixing everything and painting all the buildings they left out ladders and sharp tools that your children could have been hurt on.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
