the manager runs it like she owns the place she has her husband as maintenance manager and her twin brothers are the security gaurds. shes the queen of nosey, and i think her husband is a schiz'o he also kinda has that psycho killer look they hardly ever knock on time i woke up to the maintanence guy in my room while i was undressed putting up a smoke alarm and they hardly ever fix problems unless hud is comming to do an inspection
