I just signed another lease for another year. I realy like living here. I have lived in other apartments here in Conore as well in other areas and I can honestly say that when ever you have something that needs to be taken care of the office staff as well as the maintance is on top if it. You can go into the office and they give you their full attention. I would tell everyone that if you our looking for a place to call home this is the place. Sorry that the person that got the wrong information about the $99 special will not be able to call this place home. Hope they will be able to get a good place like The Heritage. I can say that they are the best in Conroe.
