We moved in a few months ago and have had several issues with our apartment and went to speak to the manager and we waited with her door closed as she seemed to be just sitting at her desk on her cell phone for approximately 10 min. and saw us waiting with no acknowledgement of us even being there...The ------- lady at the outside desk came in and did assist us along with two other people who were also waiting for assistance...The manager finally came out of her office as we were leaving and said "I"m going to lunch" and walked out...Thats not the kind of service I expect from the manager of a "Luxury Apartment Community".... Honestly I fell really disappointed as the rent is high, the parking in not the best and the overall appearence of the property seems to be declining and now the manager seems to be too busy to talk to us....I would look into the management of a property before you rent....thats what I have learned from this experience....Buy a house.....

I'm glad to see someone finally said something....I have felt ignored on numerous occasions in there! ------ (the manager)needs some training and she needs to seriously work on her people skills (especially truthful communication)...She seems to have a bad habit of telling you what you want to hear, or talking "down" to you...And you have to go in two to three times to get anything done...I pay a rent equal to a house note here every month, why do I have to put up with this? Only until my lease is up thats for sure! Your right! Definately look into the management and their qualifications before you rent...Once you sign that lease they got you....

I am glad to know I am not the only one that feels this way. I have considered going door to door and asking tenants about their experience with ------. Maybe even getting a petition signed and mailing a letter to their corporate office. I can???t move until my lease is up so I feel like I have to put up with her horrible attitude until then. ------ does talk down to the tenants when approached with problems. It is her job to assist the tenants with any issues they have and she acts as though her hands are tied. When you ask to speak to someone in higher management she is not cooperative. I have been a tenant here for a couple of years and in the past year I have had more problems with pest control and maintenance issues and mainly with ------'s attitude that I will not be renewing my lease here. I choose to live in an apartment because of the convenience of lawn care, pest control, and maintenance but after this experience I would rather live in a home and do the work myself than put up with the rude, impolite and unprofessional manner of the property manager, ------.

The manager came from Treehouse. Look at where she came from. GROSS!
