I lived there for about a year and was never more pleased with the quality of the apartment itself and the quality of the grounds and pool. The management and maintenance staff were always helpful. When I moved out, after doing a reasonable amount of cleaning, I got 98% of my deposit back. I have nothing but good experiences to share. I have no idea why some of these other posters had bad experiences unless they are the types of people who simply ALWAYS have bad experiences. That's their problem. I highly recommend the Heritage at Hooper Hill! It's a great place to live!!

When I read this I thought she must be on crack and then I realized it's the manager writing it. It could not be further from the truth. This place sucks..

Such a shame there are so many liars in the world, if you want ants, a snobby rude uncaring manager, broken security gates, pool that's closed half the time,rude neighbors, horrible parking situation then THIS IS YOUR PLACE...
