Well even after reading all the negative reviews we are trying to get an apartment here. The management is being so strict. They aren't trying to work with us at all so we are in touch with the property managers. They are trying to say there was a conviction [from over 9 yrs ago] and it is keeping us out...but according to their own application it doesn't hold any water. And they all seem to be telling us different stories. I spoke with one woman and then my husband spoke with someone else and she was telling him all kinds of things that I didn't hear. And she had the wrong amounts as into how much we had to put down to start the app., so we then had to drive back to Conroe to fix her mix up. I like the apartment, but if they don't read their own application and do some research we will take our money and go elsewhere....

You should go elsewhere it's a case of a wolf in sheep's clothing they look nice but the management is horrible and they tried to keep all of my deposit when I left and my apt was close to spotless. Living there was the worst decision I ever made.It took months of fighting to get even part of my huge deposit back. Run Forest Run!

You should have been honset with the leasing department when filling out your application. I am certian this isn't the first time you've had this problem instead. Leasing agents and property manger are under HUD and must follow the gudielines set forth..

Right, reviewing the background check is always a good thing, but something that happened over 9 yrs ago and was taken care of, and was only a misdemeanor kept them from renting to us. It states on the application that it has to be a FELONY..there was no felony committed...

I'm glad this place is being so picky about who lives here, shouldn't that be a comfort? I like the fact that they take the time to examine and deny those that may not be good candidates. Other places just let anyone in.
