If you are an apartment dweller, then this place is okay. There aren't any added extras like some places unless getting a free air condition filter counts. I think this is the 3rd manager and complete office staff turnover since I moved in, but who's counting. When something goes wrong, all you have to do is call and it's addressed within the normal course of the day. My only complaint is that the management does not really enforce the pet breed or size clause in the lease. There are Pit Bulls in many apartments and some of the owners think they have them under control so they don't put them on a leash. They also do not clean up after their animals. I have seen only one couple clean up after their dogs. Everyone elso just keeps on walking--even though they are told to take the dogs to the very outside areas of the complex so as not to leave a mess in the common areas. That said, the common areas smell aweful on hot Texas days. Now, if the management would enforce the rules instead of putting messages on everyone's door (you get told to clean up after your dog routinely here) and started charging pet owners an extra 25$ a month for cleanup, then maybe the place would appear nicer than it does right now. I have been here 18 months and when my lease is up, I will probably move. For the money, I can get something just as nice and larger elswhere.

Maybe they could require pet owners to bring their pets to the office and photograph them with their owners. That way they can be identified if they are one of the irresponsible pet owners. Just a thought.
