I hope the management will begin to enforce the pet policy. When I first came here the place looked nice but the few, irresponsible pet owners have ruined areas of the complex.

I understood that people were supposed to take their pets to the (outside areas) of the complex and have their pets on a leash at all times. If they went to the (outside areas) they would not "ruin the common areas for everyone else." The nice, grassy common areas have been turned into pet potty areas. I went to visit some friends and their commons area has been almost ruined because of the pet issue. What makes matters worse, it is right off their patio and right out their dining room window. "What a nice view when you are trying to eat or relax on the patio"..to have to put up with dogs making a mess.

We pay a lot of rent to live here and it is very upsetting to have this happen after you move in. I hope the management will punish the problem makers and not the responsible, decent people. I was nearly bitten by a dog when I went to the mailbox the other day. I feel confident that if the pet policy begins to be strongly enforced these people will get the message, if not fine them and if they don t pay it, kick them out. That s one way to get rid of these people. If these dogs bite somebody--someone is going to be held responsible.

We have been talking about the issue amongst ourselves and have decided to move if things don t improve. We can live somewhere else and not have to deal with this issue. Something needs to be done or more responsible people will move out and this place will really go to the dogs....

I feel confident that the staff will figure out something to do about this issue...

Nothing is worse than an irresponsible pet owner. I see in the newsletter and on their website that they are charign $50 each time they catch someone. WooHoo!! they also installed a pet trash can thing which is great!!
