I have lived here for almost a year. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The landscaping is kept up once a week. The pool is beautiful and always clean. The fitness center is open 24/7 as long as you purchase a remote access key. The new management seems to be taking more initiative, as they have purchased new fitness equipment for us, and they even had a refreshment party for us so we could meet the new manager. The apartments are fairly new with beautiful architecture inside. I haven't had any maintenance problems, other than the fact that I was told, I had to hit the reset button my hot water heater because it was not working.

For the most part I have really enjoy living here. But here are some of my problems with these apartments...

The insulation sucks and sometimes I can hear my neighbor's conversations, or even them having sex...gross. not to mention...their TVs, radios..etc. I live on the top floor and I can hear music playing below me sometimes.

Parking has become somewhat of a problem. I used to always be able to park right next to my apartment. Now if I get there past 6:30, sometimes I have a park further away.

My other main concern is..I have noticed some young men (maybe ages 18-24) roaming the apartment complex at night time. I am assuming they just moved in because I have never seen them before. Anyways, something seems very fishy about them to me... I was working out one night (alone) and I noticed that two men were staring inside the fitness center from their apartment. They went back inside their apartment, and then they came back outside. They then approached the fitness center and looked inside again. They came inside, but only one of them actually came in the fitness room. The other once must have been hiding' When I noticed the men, I called my friend and continued to work out ( while talking to her ). After one the guys came into the fitness room, I decided to leave (still on the phone thankfully). I could not see the other guy in sight anywhere. And as I was leaving, I noticed that the door to the "gameroom" was open (which is supposed to be locked when the leasing office is closed). It was closed when I arrived, however, when I left, the door was open, the lights in the room were out, and the other guy was nowhere in sight. He had to have been in the gameroom. I really thought they were going to jump me. I am so thankful I had my cell on me. Has anyone else gotten a weird vibe like this lately' Please reply back and let me know.
