I have lived here about 4 months. Really hard to get maintenance done, as there is no maintenance man or woman working here and the girl in the office doesn't seem to know what she is doing. When I asked about the pet deposit, she told me one thing and another tenant told me they were charged another amount, and another told me they were charged nothing. I was told they couldn't put out ant bait because the dogs might eat it' Mail gets put in the wrong boxes, grass does not get cut, swimming pool broken, has never been used since being built, same for sauna. no laundry room, full of construction material, trash on property, no curb side garbarge pickup anymore, just recently cancelled that service, so if you are a senior who is in a wheelchair or have trouble walking very far, you won't get your garbage picked up. Rent seems to be negotialable, as they are not consistent with what they charge, so be careful.
