I lived at The Park at Woodmoor from late 2005 up until just a few mons ago. My experience was good. Jessica Rankin is an awesome manager. She is very willing to help. She worked with me one month when I was late on my rent. All the girls in the office are really nice and willing to help. I was building a home and they worked with me really eaisly by letting me re-new my lease for a odd number of months without an $100 up charge. The ONLY problem I had was with maintnance. When he finally comes in to fix something,he does and it breaks again shortly after. If he says he's going to come back and fix something, like my dryer, he never comes back. My dryer ended up smoking and almost cought fire while I was drying clothes because he re-wired it wrong. I dont think he really knows what he's doing. I had talked to some other neighbors and they have the simular complaints. One other time a girl called and asked if everything on the maintnance request was taken care of and I know for a fact he had never even been there. I would recommend this property if they imporved the quality of their maintnance. Everything else was great. Very quite and in a great location!
