The Park at Woodmoor has def. taken a turn for the worst.
Ammenities Include:
If living on first floor you get your own personal swamp outside your front door,, no landscaping!
And dont worry about taking your trash out just take your best shot and throw at the dumpsters as you drive by, it seems thats what everyone does and no one cares to clean it up.
And dont worry about the pool being lit up at night, the pool light has been broken and sitting out of the pool for over 3 months
You can consider your self lucky if you request a repair and it actually gets done within the same month.
And dont worry about walking around the property, you can buy a canoe and navigate our sidewalks,,because the drainage is horrible!!!
LIVING IN THE WOODLNADS AND PAYING THIS MUCH RENT YOU EXPECT MORE!!!
An ac unit was repaired and they just left the old ac unit sitting there after they replaced it, making this place look even more like junk. Its been there over two weeks and is there now.
And on top of everything else the manager is not nice or sympathetic at all,,,,, she is very rude and is always acting like she does us a favor by letting us live here..
apartment complexes are everywhere and ones that offer way better service!!!
They may not ever fix anything or care about any of your concerns but you can guarentee if you owe even $1.00 they will call you until they get it.....
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!!!

Run away! Run Away! I envy all the people who have moved out! All I can say is that the office staff suck and so does their attitude, it shows with how unkept everything is on the proptery. Cutting the grass is not landscaping, it is general maintenance and is expected. Other than that they do NOTHING to improve this place!
