The new management taking over is going to be putting forth a lot of effort into fixing the drainage problems and the other issues that have been mentioned. Veronica is a very sweet and energetic person who was shocked at some of these reviews and is going to be taking the necessary steps to ensure that living at Woodmoor is worth your while. I am not an employee or friend of hers, but I did look at these apartments and would have chosen them if not for finding some much closer to my office. My boyfriend works late and she even allowed for us to view the apartments after hours!

It's true that while the outside is lovely, there is not a lot of landscaping and the interior of the apartment could be a little snazzier.

Otherwise, the price is pretty fair considering location... and the SIZE of these apartments! Their smallest plan is 758 square feet!

I would recommend considering the new management seems great! And they give student discounts!

You don't live there so how can you even consider writing a review. The office is there to sell; once you move in and encounter problems, everything changes.

Wow! You are a true IDIOT! You don't even live at the complex and you are writing a review. VERONICA SUCKS! She is an unprofessional and arrogant woman and if she is better than this Andrea woman then thank god I never knew her!! I don't see why Veronica would be shocked to read some reviews on here...I mean what do you expect when you yell at people, hang up on people on the phoen, act like an unprofessional witch and pretty much just go out of your way to be rude to people? Wow? Act like that and your shocked to see people can't stand you? Guess that goes to show why your property looks the way it does and why you have hardly anyone renting from you. Crappy, unenjoyable manager attracts seedy renters to her complex and runs off all responsible, hard workign people that expect her to step up to the plate and MANAGE a property properly! Go figure! Nobody wants to live there and put up with her! RUN AWAY while you still can lease somewhere else!!!!
