I have been living here for some time now. Never has management been so good. Apparently over the transition from the old company to the new one my rent payment records had a mistake in it. Veronica (the new manager) went over the records painstakingly and found the mistake and corrected it. She handled this in a very professional manner and was very pleasant to deal with. She even informed me that at lease renewal I would be provided a new washer and dryer at NO up charge, yep zero $$. My friends at other apartments pay $40 to $50/month for this. Actually, I renewed for an additional year on the spot, 3 months before my lease was up. I am happy doing my laundry now.

The maintenance people are really making the grounds look good. I couldn't believe it the other day, the pool light is fixed and on. The old management couldn't fix it in over 5 months and the new people fixed it in 2 weeks. I know because my apartment over looks the pool.

I highly recommend this place.

Not sure what property you are on or what drugs you do, but you are definietly wrong at this place!!!!!

I would have to agree, the only reason she probably went throught he records so painstakingly was probably just to make sure you didn't owe her extra money!! Don't let her fool you!! Veronica is only there to lure you in and to take your money. Once you are bound by contract her true colors come out! And trust me, she makes the IRS look like they pass out goodie bags every year compared to the ways she likes to screw you! True witch!
