Ok my review may be out of date. I moved here in August of 2000, and moved into an apartment that literally was brand new. The neighbors were working professionals who were friendly, but quiet. One complaint that I did have was the parking situation in the front building to the right of the office. I did lease a garage and that solved the problem. Management was rude (Dixie), but as long as you paid rent, she left you alone. This complex was just as nice as the apartments on the other side of I45, without the extra $100 rent they want because it has The Woodlands for its address. Access to the interstate is wonderful, as well as the views from some of the apartments. To the new owner and manager, I hope that this review from one of the very first residents will give you an idea of what would attract many more good residents, not just "renters".

Too bad Veronica is a horrible manager and that is who is there now. People STAY AWAY! GO RENT ELSE WHERE! Horrible, horrible managment! It was awful from the start and it ends awful! Save your time and headache and frustration and go somewhere else! Veronica is a witch!
