The management here is horrible! I don't even live here I stay on the weekends (which is more than enough!), my boyfriend does and I can not stand to go to his place. Because of this he is moving out early and finding another place to live.

The maintenance people stink, too! When he moved in there were a number of things wrong that they refused to fix. I'm sorry but mold caked in the vents is not something you should ignore-especially when your tenant has ASTHMA! Point is, they don't care and never cleaned it-and I mean it was caked all the way down the vent! and to the user who commented below about someone lying about the asthma, he had to pay a cleaning company to come out and clean the mold out of the vents because maintenance would not do it, and management did not think it was a problem!! And to top it all off it cost $120!

--------, the manager I suppose, is a WITCH! To put it nicely! The first time I was visiting my boyfriend from college at his new place, I met her. You know what she did'! She SCREAMED at me! She wanted to know if I was living there'! No! I live in another city-I go to school! Great first impression of a horrible manager with NO customer service skills! This woman is intolerable, she has more than once screamed at me (she doesn't even know who I am!) I have called before to try and fix a problem for my boyfriend who was working at the time and couldn't call, and she demanded to know who I was-all of this just over the phone!-yelling that I better identify myself! and all I had done was ask to speak to mantenance..not her!

Thank goodness he is moving!!!!! I am a very polite person and refuse to talk to trashy, and rude people like this woman, I have had to just hang up and move on. I will not exchange words that are not nice with anyone, and for this reason I can not talk to her. Thank goodness someone had the sense to hire Crystal, she is the only reason my boyfriend lasted 6 months there.

I am sooo happy to see him move!

Renters BEWARE! Stay away from --------"S property!

You never know the impact that great management can have till you have AWFUL management experience!

Listen to someone who doesn't even live here! I have visited a handful of times and had these problems!

Ghetto'! YES! I think anyone that thinks this place is nice, obviously isn't from here and has NO Clue how nice the Woodlands is. I guess it could be nice if you are from some gross inner city ghetto, then yes the trash and lack of upkeep is beautiful compared to slums and concrete. What ever, this place is for people with low expectations.

Seriously you can tell this ranting email is a fake.... Get a life..... The manager at this apartment complex is great and helpful..... All of the managers here are great. You should have met the old crew.....

I talked with the management. Sorry to say no one remembers you or your boyfriend, let alone your complaint of the vents. Of course you would say they are lying. Anyway bring in your receipt of $120.00 for the vent cleaning and they will reimburse you DOUBLE, yes DOUBLE that is $240.00. You can even bring it in to Crystal so you don't have to talk to --------. Otherwise you are full.....
