Management is horrible! I wouldn't give maintenance a thumbs up either. The manager -------- is the most arrogant and rude person I have ever come in contact with. I would give Osama Bin Laden a massage before I would renew my lease with The Park At Woodmoor again. Not too mention that one day I came home from work to find my apartment unlocked. Hmmm...I wonder who that was considering the only other person who has a key is the maintenance people. I would recommend going to live in Cambodia before I would sign a lease at The Park At Woodmoor. My lease is up soon and I definitely will not be signing another one with them. However there is one person that is very nice and understanding and her name is -------. Watch out for the first floor dwellings. If it rains, there is a good chance that water will leak through the bottom of the front door into the living room. Keep up the good work guys!! There is a reason why you have many vacancies right now.

Glad to hear that I am not the only one that is singled out by --------! Geez, its a wonder she is still employeed...and yes, triple27 it is an uncanny resemblence to a ghetto! Good to hear you were wise enough to pack up and move on. Hope the grass is greener on your side! Can't wait to move on, too!

That's funny, you were going to move 6 months ago when your lease was up because you could'nt stand it here anymore. I think you are actually a SHILL for another apartment complex and don't even live here, otherwise you would know that there has been a new drainage sytem in place with no water up to the front doors. Good luck with massaging Osama in Cambodia.
