I just renewed my lease. I had originally signed a 9 month lease and was not sure what I was going to do after it was over. I have a young child and the schools are superior. Additionally, the pool is clean and well maintained. The new owners have replaced the old pool furniture and are taking care of what is there. The extras such as drinks for the pool guests are incredible. The management has been very curtious and helpful every time I need something fixed and if there is a question, they call me and we get it straight. The new owner is working very hard to make this an even better place and the residents are able to see many of the changes. It rained today extremely hard and I live on the first floor...NO FLOODING and drainage was perfect...in fact, the parking lot drained nicely too. After being in the military and renting in many different states, this is one of the best places that I have rented from. The professional staff and maintenance personnel work very hard to make my experience here very pleasant. They have made huge improvements and those imrpovements continue daily from security cameras to the drainage, the improvements just keep coming. Keep up the good work and thanks for making my "home" a bettere community.
