I moved from a terrible apartment complex, and I can say with certainty that the Park at Woodmoor is a great place to live. The fees and rent are very reasonable, the staff is professional and helpful, and the maintenance is great. The apartment grounds are attractive, scented dog pick up bags are provided, and drainage in the lawns is great. The parking lot is very brightly lit at night which is a far cry from most other complexes I've seen. The appliances and fixtures inside the apartment are all new and very nice, the air conditioning is efficient, the windows allow plenty of natural light inside during the day, and there is a good amount of storage space. For this size apartment in this location, I don't think you can find a better value in the area.

Poor thing! At least you got out of the ghetto you were in, only to find that this place stinks and so do the people running the place. Good Luck, though and I hope the neighbors around you actually utilize the scented dog poop bags because they don't on my side and there is ALWAYS dog poop on my sidewalk waiting for me to step in it.

This place is a "RADIOACTIVE BARREN WASTELAND"...good thing you have a sense of humor because you are going to need it living there...GHETTO...DUMP...TRASHY...you must be young and innocent or maybe just plain old stupid!!!!

Hey, great. I love it when people with a bad attitude and some sort of personal problem with an apartment complex call me stupid because I differ in opinion. I know the difference between a meaningful negative review and a personal problem. Take your baggage to someone else's post, I like this complex.
