i used to live in an apartment where i was terrified to go out at night.. here i let my little 11 year old sister go outside and walk my dog by herself! i know just about everybody in the apartments because everybody is just that friendly...its funny because most of the "bad" reviews listed on this site were by those who were actually asked to leave due to actions not allowed at the complex...these apartments are really a great place to live.. we have the security of Shenandoah police right across the street, they are always patrolling the apartments. We have the luxury of living about 25 min from downtown without too much hectic city traffic. Management is great, maintenance even better, property is ALWAYS clean....and most of all i feel safe there! My roommate and i both feel safe, we're both picky livers and chose to live here because of the great quality it DOES offer!

We have more than Shenandoah PD across the street...we have a couple of PD officers that actually live on complex and check on things so this place is only getting better. Thanks to the management getting rid of the rif-raf and letting those of us that want to live in a peaceful environment stay here, it is a nice place to call home.
