I had a 9 month lease at this place and moved out after 6. They changed the apartment I was supposed to move into at the last minute and the one they gave me wreaked of cigarettes. The cops where there dealing with someone at least once a week, and I saw people sell/buying drugs in the parking lot more than once. There was frequently someone in the parking lot with a loud exhaust or stereo blearing at odd hours in the morning. I was 6 hours late with my rent once and I was threatened with eviction and legal action when I went to pay it.
