I want everyone at Treehouse to know there are over 3000 bats alone in building 5 where the manager lives. She says its all taken care of ... however no one has seen a letter or even told anyone how dangerous this is to live in this kind of mess. Living with bat urine and droppings that are in the walls of the apts. that is very toxic to breath and the dust coming out of your a/c vents is all old dried droppings of bat poop that turns to dust. Thats goes everywhere in you apt. and you breath everyday and night. Just think about your children and your pets. Not only yourself.
Are you have sinus problems' And they are untreatable' well here is your problem. They replacaed the siding on the front of building 5 yhinking that they would fix the bat problem, hwoever doing my reaseach I found out that in 1999 in building 3 there were bats living in that building as well. So they don't fix the problem they duck tape and move one to collect the rent !!! While we are struggling to breath everyday of our lives.

Interesting, but bats are going to be a fact of life living in that wooded part of central Texas, and it is fun to watch them swoop and dive while feeding on insects attracted to the lights over the parking lot. When it gets cold, the bats try and nest in doors, and they eventually established a nest in the wall of my old apartment (816). Management at that time (2004?) hired an exterminator and sealed off the cracks along the roof of the old building in under a week.

FYI for future residents the bats are still here
